3. Product Orders and Print-On-Demand (POD)
- All products on kculture.com are custom-printed upon receipt of your order.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are manufactured specifically for you. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color preference, or change of mind).
- We strongly advise you to consult the Size Guide provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Products are manufactured and shipped by our partners (e.g., Printful).
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient address, the customer is liable for the costs of reshipment.
- Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

- Defective Items: We offer a 100% free replacement or a full refund for items that are damaged or misprinted. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt with supporting evidence (photos).
