Refund Policy
1. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund. * Action Required: Please contact us at within 30 days of receiving the item with clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
2. Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of shipping a replacement order for you.
3. Size Exchange & Buyer’s Remorse Because each item is made-to-order, we do not support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. * Important: To avoid issues, please consult the Size Guide available on every product page before placing your order. This policy is in accordance with standard Print-On-Demand (POD) industry practices.
4. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments If an address is provided that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our partner’s facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
5. PayPal & Payment Disputes
We strive to resolve all issues directly with our customers. Before opening a dispute on PayPal or with your bank, please reach out to our support team. Most issues are resolved much faster through our direct customer service.
